1. 무료 이용과 후원

이 앱은 기본적으로 무료로 사용할 수 있으며, 그렇게 사용하시길 권장합니다. 앱의 모든 핵심 기능은 후원 여부와 관계없이 동일하게 제공됩니다. 다만 앱이 마음에 드신다면 개발자에게 개발격려금(후원)을 보내실 수 있습니다. 보내주신다면 진심으로 감사드립니다. 후원은 순수한 응원이며 추가 기능이나 혜택을 제공하지 않고, 결제 후에는 환불되지 않습니다(인앱 결제는 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다).

2. 이 앱은 로컬 프로그램입니다

이 앱은 본질적으로 기기에서 단독으로 동작하는 로컬 프로그램입니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버나 계정이 없으며, 설정·알람·메모 등 모든 데이터는 이용자 기기 안에만 보관됩니다.

3. 외부 정보(날씨 등)에 관하여

앱은 날씨와 지역명을 표시하기 위해 Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap(Nominatim) 등 외부 서비스의 정보를 가져와 그대로 보여줍니다. 이 정보는 해당 서비스가 제공하는 것으로, 개발자는 그 내용의 정확성·완전성·가용성에 관여하지 않으며 책임지지 않습니다. 외부 서비스의 점검·변경·중단으로 해당 기능이 일시적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한

앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성 등 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 발생한 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 알람 등 시간 의존 기능은 기기 상태·운영체제 정책의 영향을 받을 수 있으므로, 중요한 일정에 단독 수단으로 의존하지 마시기 바랍니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다.

1. Free Use and Support

The App is free to use, and we encourage you to use it that way. All core features are provided identically whether or not you make a contribution. If you enjoy the App, you may send the developer a token of support (a "tip"). We are sincerely grateful if you do. Support is purely an encouragement; it unlocks no additional features or benefits, and contributions are non-refundable (in-app payments follow Google Play policy).

2. The App Is a Local Program

The App is, by nature, a local program that runs on your device on its own. There is no developer-operated server or account; all data such as settings, alarms, and memos is stored only on your device.

3. External Information (e.g., Weather)

To show weather and place names, the App fetches and displays information from external services such as Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim). This information is provided by those services; the developer is not involved in and not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or availability. These features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, changes, or outages of the external services.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Time-dependent features such as alarms may be affected by device state and OS policies, so please do not rely on them as your sole means for critical schedules.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If these terms change, we will post them on this page with the updated date.
