개인정보처리방침 — Desk Hub Clock

본 방침은 molpass(이정훈)가 제공하는 안드로이드 앱 "Desk Hub Clock"(패키지: com.molpass.zeoclock, 이하 "앱")과 zeolinex.com 에 적용됩니다. 앱은 오프라인 우선으로 동작하며, 개발자가 운영하는 별도 서버나 계정 체계가 없습니다.

1. 수집·이용하는 정보

위치 정보(대략/정밀): "내 위치 날씨" 기능을 켠 경우에 한해, 기기에서 위치를 확인해 날씨와 도시명을 조회하는 데 사용합니다. 위치 권한을 거부하면 기본 도시(서울)로 동작합니다. 위치 정보는 개발자 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
기기 내 저장 정보: 설정값, 알람, 달력 메모는 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
앱은 사용 분석 도구, 광고 식별자, 추적 기술을 사용하지 않으며, 이름·이메일 등 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 제3자 전송 및 처리

다음의 경우 최소한의 정보가 외부 서비스로 전송됩니다.

날씨: 위치 좌표가 Open-Meteo(open-meteo.com)로 전송되어 예보를 받습니다.
도시명: 위치 좌표가 OpenStreetMap Nominatim(nominatim.openstreetmap.org)으로 전송되어 지역명을 받습니다.
인앱 후원 결제: 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리하며, 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하고 개발자는 수집하지 않습니다.

위 서비스 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다. 각 서비스의 처리는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 보관 및 파기

앱이 저장하는 정보는 기기 내부에만 존재하며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 별도로 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다.

4. 권한 안내

위치: 현재 위치 기반 날씨 제공
정확한 알람/알림: 설정한 시간에 알람 발화
화면 켜둠/밝기: 거치형 상시 표시 및 유휴 디밍

이용자는 기기 설정에서 권한을 언제든 변경·철회할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

앱은 계정 없이 동작하므로 데이터는 전적으로 이용자 기기에서 관리됩니다. 데이터 삭제는 앱 삭제 또는 기기 설정으로 가능합니다.

Privacy Policy — Desk Hub Clock

This policy applies to the Android app "Desk Hub Clock" (package: com.molpass.zeoclock, the "App"), provided by molpass (Jeonghoon Lee), and to zeolinex.com. The App works offline-first and has no developer-operated server or account system.

1. Information We Collect and Use

Location (approximate/precise): Only when you enable "weather for my location," the App reads your device location to look up weather and your city name. If you deny location permission, the App falls back to a default city (Seoul). Location is not stored on any developer server.
On-device data: Settings, alarms, and calendar memos are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally.
The App uses no analytics tools, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies, and does not collect account information such as name or email.

2. Third-Party Transmission and Processing

The following minimal data is sent to external services:

Weather: your location coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) to retrieve forecasts.
City name: your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org) to obtain a place name.
In-app support payment: payments are processed by Google Play Billing; the developer does not collect payment details such as card numbers.

We do not provide or sell personal information to any third party other than the above. Each service's handling follows that service's own policy.

3. Retention and Deletion

Information stored by the App resides only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. The developer retains no user data separately.

4. Permissions

Location: location-based weather
Exact alarm/notifications: firing alarms at the set time
Keep screen on/brightness: always-on display and idle dimming for desk use

You can change or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

6. Your Rights

The App operates without accounts, so your data is managed entirely on your device. You can delete data by uninstalling the App or via device settings.
